উচ্চমাধ্যমিক ও সমমানের পরীক্ষার কারণে ১ এপ্রিল, ২০১৯ থেকে ৬ মে, ২০১৯ পর্যন্ত সব ধরনের কোচিং বন্ধ থাকবে। প্রশ্নপত্র ফাঁস রোধ ও নকলমুক্ত পরিবেশে পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠানের লক্ষ্যে এই সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়। আগামী ১ এপ্রিল থেকে শুরু হবে এইচএসসি ও সমমানের পরীক্ষা। লিখিত পরীক্ষা শেষ হবে ১১ মে। এরপর ১২ থেকে ২১ মে পর্যন্ত ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষা শেষ করতে হবে। এবার  মোট পরীক্ষার্থী ১৩ লাখ ৫১ হাজার ৩০৯ জন।
